Namms Tours

Namms Tours is located at H.No 3A in Ram Nagar Extension, which is right near Krishna Nagar in Delhi 110051. Because our office is basically part of a house, it has a very local and lived-in feel to it. Helping people plan their trips and booking their travel tickets is what keeps us busy every day. It’s a small operation run by our family. We have lived in this neighborhood for many years, so most of our clients are just people from a few streets away. You won’t see any fancy brochures or high-tech digital displays if you walk in. We just have a couple of old desks, some phones that ring constantly, and a lot of paper maps pinned to the walls. Most of the day is spent talking to hotels and trying to find travel routes for everyone. The street outside is always busy with traffic and people walking by, so it gets a bit noisy sometimes. There isn't a big corporate structure or anything like that here. It’s just us answering the phone and writing everything down carefully in our ledgers. Sometimes we share a quick meal in the back while waiting for a client to show up for their tickets. The personal side of the business is what we like the most. It feels good when someone comes back from a trip and tells us they had a nice time. We keep things simple and honest for everyone who visits.
