Namms Tours & Travels

We set up Namms Tours & Travels over at 116/3 on NH-4 in the NIT area of Faridabad. Being right on the National Highway means there is a lot of dust and noise, but it's great for visibility. We’ve been here long enough that the local shopkeepers all know us. Our office is pretty basic—just some desks, a few old travel posters on the walls, and a landline that rings more than it should. We spend most of our time booking buses, planning small family trips, or helping people with their passports. Faridabad is a tough industrial town, so our customers are mostly working people looking for a quick getaway or a way to get back home for the holidays. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. Word of mouth is how most people find us. My brother and I run the place, so one of us is always here from morning until late evening. The chai wallah next door brings us tea at least four times a day. Sometimes we have to wait for the internet to start working again before we can confirm a booking. It’s a bit of a grind, but it’s our own thing. We try to be helpful and give people the best routes we know. It’s a small operation, but we keep busy enough to stay out of trouble and keep the business moving.
