We are based at A-204 in Munirka Village, right near the Babu Lal Chowk in New Delhi. If you know Munirka, you know the streets are narrow and it’s always packed with people and shops. Our office is tucked away in one of these buildings. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or on the computer, trying to sort out travel plans and tickets for people who walk in. It’s a small space, and it gets a bit crowded when a few customers come in at once. We’ve got maps on the walls and stacks of papers on the desks. Babu Lal Chowk is a landmark for us, and we usually tell people to look for it if they are trying to find us for the first time. The energy in Munirka is always high, with students and workers moving around all day long. We aren't doing anything fancy here; we are just helping folks get from one place to another. Sometimes the bookings are easy, and other times it takes all afternoon to get things right. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us, sitting in the office, answering the phone and trying to make sure everyone’s travel goes okay. It’s a lot of small details to keep track of, but we’ve been doing it for a while now.
