We are based over in the Okhla Industrial Area, Phase 1, inside one of the Dsidc sheds, specifically 53D. Our business is Naliya Air Travel Pvt Ltd and we also work with Swift Eng System at this same address. Being in an industrial area like Okhla means there is always a lot of noise and trucks moving around. It is a very practical place to work. We spend our days dealing with travel bookings and all the paperwork that comes with air travel. The shed is not anything fancy, just a solid place to get the job done. Sometimes we have to deal with the engineering side of things too because of the way the space is shared. New Delhi traffic around here can be pretty bad in the mornings and evenings, so we are used to the rush. We have been in this part of Okhla for some time now and we know the other people in the nearby sheds. It is a hard-working environment where everyone is just trying to move their business forward. We do not spend money on fancy decorations or anything like that. We just focus on the travel tickets and the engineering tasks we have in front of us. It is a lot of phone calls and computer work, but that is just how it is in the travel industry these days. We just keep at it.
