Nagarjuna Construction Co.

We are based out in V.P.O.- Sundrehti, which is in the Jhajjar district of Haryana. The pin code is 124106. It’s a rural area, so things move a bit slower than they do in the big cities. We have a lot of land around us and we keep our construction equipment parked nearby. Nagarjuna Construction Co. has been in this spot for a while. It’s dusty out here, especially when the wind picks up across the fields. We spend most of our time looking at site plans or talking to the laborers. The office is just a simple building where we keep the files and the site maps. It’s not fancy. We have a few desks and some old chairs. Most of the work happens outside anyway. We deal with concrete, steel, and dirt every day. It’s a noisy job but someone has to do it. Being in Sundrehti means we know most of the people in the village. We hire local guys when we can. Sometimes the weather stops us from working, like when the monsoon rains turn everything into mud. Then we just wait it out in the office and drink some chai. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. We just build things and move on to the next project. Jhajjar is a quiet place mostly, and we like that our headquarters is away from the main city traffic. We just keep building.
