N Chirag Travels

Our office is over in the Okhla Industrial Area, Phase 1, at Microtone B-45. It’s an industrial part of town, so it’s usually quite noisy with trucks and all the work happening in the neighboring units. We’ve been running things from here for a good while now. It’s a simple space, nothing too flashy or modern. We spend most of our time looking at travel routes and trying to fix up plans for people who need them. Being in an industrial zone means we’re surrounded by factories and warehouses, which makes it a very practical location for us. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency out there, just a local spot where you can get your travel sorted without a lot of unnecessary fuss. The office usually smells like the tea we keep brewing in the corner. We have a few old maps on the wall and desks that have been with us for years. It gets a bit hot in the summer months because of how the building is built, but we have fans to keep the air moving. We just focus on the job we have to do. If someone walks in, we help them. If the phone rings, we answer it. That’s pretty much how it goes for us in New Delhi. We aren't into big speeches or fancy logos. We just work. It’s a busy life, but it suits us and we’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot while we’ve stayed put.
