We operate out of Room No-403 in House No-14 over in the Ber Sarai area. It’s an old building, and you have to climb a few narrow flights of stairs to find where we are. Mystic Tour Pvt Ltd isn't some giant corporation with a big glass building and elevators. We’re just a small travel group trying to make things work. Being in New Delhi-110023 means we get a lot of students and locals walking by the building every single day. The office is pretty cramped with files, maps, and old registers stacked everywhere. We spend a lot of our time on the phone trying to fix itineraries or talking to drivers. It’s a bit loud outside sometimes because of the market and the students nearby. We don't even have a fancy sign or anything outside. Just a simple door with our name printed on a piece of paper. We try to keep things simple and honest. If someone wants to go somewhere, we look it up and see what we can do for them. It’s just honest work at the end of the day. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to sit around and wait for pages to load. We know the neighborhood really well by now. It’s a practical setup for a business like ours. There isn't much room for a waiting area, so people usually just stand by the desk while we talk. We’ve been in this room for years now.
