We’ve been running things out of Balco Apartments for a while now. It’s unit 121 in the Patparganj area of New New Delhi Delhi India. If you know this part of the city, you know it gets busy with traffic and people moving around all day. It’s mostly just us handling the daily stock of medicines and making sure everything is where it needs to be. We don't have a big glass office or a receptionist at the front. It’s more of a practical space where we keep track of the pharmaceutical supplies coming in and out. Sometimes the boxes pile up and it gets a bit crowded inside, but we manage to get through the orders. People often ask what exactly we do here. Basically, we deal with the stuff people need for their health, getting products from the makers and sending them to where they go next. It’s a lot of paperwork and checking labels to be honest. We’ve stayed in this spot because it works for us. Patparganj has everything nearby and we know the neighborhood well. It isn't always quiet, especially when deliveries arrive at the same time, but that’s just how it goes in this part of Delhi. We just focus on the task at hand and try to keep our inventory organized so nothing gets lost in the shuffle. It's regular work for regular people and we've gotten used to the rhythm over the years. We keep it simple and just do what we need to do every day without making a big fuss.
