We started My Value Travel.Com Pvt Ltd out of a small office here on Street 5 in Aligarh. It’s located at 4/131A, which is a fairly quiet part of the neighborhood until the morning rush starts. We spend most of our time on the phones or hunched over computers looking at ticket prices and train schedules. Dealing with travel plans in Uttar Pradesh can be a bit of a headache sometimes, but we have figured out how to manage it over the years. Our team is just a few local guys who know the travel business. We don't have a big fancy storefront with neon lights, just a regular desk and some chairs for when people drop in to ask about their bookings. Sometimes the internet goes slow or the power cuts out, but we just wait it out and get back to work once it’s back. It’s mostly about sorting out bus tickets, flights, or maybe a car for someone going to the next city. We talk to a lot of families planning trips and workers heading back home.
