My Vacations

My Vacations is run out of a flat in Uttam Nagar, specifically 515 Group-1 Pocket C in the Dda Flays at Hastsal. It’s a residential area in New Delhi 110059. We don't have a storefront on a main road. Instead, we work from this spot where it’s a bit quieter. It’s basically just me and a couple of others helping people plan their trips. We have travel brochures scattered all over the dining table and a few computers set up in the corner. It’s not a fancy travel agency with big posters in the window. Most people find us through friends or people they know. We spend a lot of time on the phone or on the computer looking up flights and hotels. The neighborhood is very crowded and noisy, but once you get inside the building, it’s not too bad. We started this because we liked traveling ourselves and thought we could help others do it too. It’s a lot of work to get all the details right for someone’s holiday. Sometimes things go wrong with bookings and we have to spend hours fixing them. We don't have a big corporate structure. It’s just us trying to make sure people have a good time on their breaks. We’ve been in this Uttam Nagar spot for a while now and it suits us just fine. Sometimes we have to deal with power cuts, but that's just life in Delhi. We just do our best to help.
