Muthoot Group

Muthoot Group is located at Uzhuthual, T.C 20/1956 in Sastrinagar, Karamana P.O, Trivandrum. It’s a very local spot in Kerala and the office is set in a traditional-style building. We have a lot of people from the neighborhood coming in for gold loans and other small financial matters. It’s a very personal way of doing business. We know many of our customers by their names and have seen their families grow up. The office is simple with wooden counters and a few fans spinning overhead. We keep the place very clean, and it’s a habit for many of us to leave our footwear near the entrance. It’s usually quite peaceful here, though it gets busy on Monday mornings. We have a small yard with some trees that provide a bit of shade. The rain in Trivandrum can be very heavy, and we often have to close the windows quickly to keep the papers from getting wet. We don't have a big corporate culture. It’s more like a group of neighbors working together. We speak the local language and share tea in the afternoons. There is a sense of trust here because we have been in this same spot for a long time. We just do our work, help the people who come in, and keep things running smoothly. It’s a humble place, and we like it that way.
