Munna Electronics

Our shop is on the Ishwar Nagar Main Road. It’s called Munna Electronics. It’s basically just a room full of parts, wires, and old TV sets waiting to be picked up by their owners. We’ve been fixing things here for a long time. People bring in their radios, fans, or whatever isn't working right in their house. The main road is always dusty, so we have to wipe the glass counters down every morning before we start. It’s just a one-man show mostly, though sometimes a cousin comes by to help with the heavy lifting or to run errands. We don’t have a fancy showroom with lights. Everything is a bit piled up, but I can find a specific transistor or a screw in five minutes if I need to. Some days are slow and I just sit on the stool out front and watch the trucks go by. Other days, I have five people waiting at once and the soldering iron stays hot all day long. It's an honest way to spend the day. I learned most of this work from my father when I was younger. The address is easy to find because we're right near the big tree on the main road. We don't do much advertising. People just know where Munna is when their stuff breaks. It’s a bit of a mess in here, honestly, but that’s because there’s always work to be done. We just keep going, one repair at a time, until the sun goes down and we lock up the shutters.
