M/S Welcome Destinations Pvt. Ltd. is based at 293 C, which is in Pocket- E of the G.T.B. Enclave. This is over in Dilshad Garden, Delhi - 110093. It is a residential kind of area, so it feels very local and lived-in. Our office is just a small space where we manage our travel bookings and things. We don't have a big storefront with posters. It’s mostly just us with a couple of computers and some maps on the wall. The enclave can be a bit of a maze if you aren't from around here. We usually tell people to look for the nearby landmarks. The noise of the city is always there in the background. We spend our days talking to people and trying to get their trips sorted out. It isn't always smooth, sometimes there are delays or problems to fix. We just deal with them one by one. The staff here has been together for a bit, so we know how to work around each other in the small office. We don't use any corporate lingo or try to sound like a giant agency. We are just a local business in Dilshad Garden. We drink our chai and keep the files moving. It’s a simple life and we like it that way. No big frills here.
