We are located over in Baba Faridpuri, which is part of West Patel Nagar in New Delhi-08. If you know this area, you know the streets are tight and there is always something going on. We do transport work, so there is a lot of moving things from one place to another. Our office is right in the thick of it. Every morning we see the tea shops opening up and the laborers starting their shifts. We have been at this address for a good bit now. It is mostly about managing the trucks and making sure the loading happens right. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, especially when it rains and the roads get muddy. We don't use big words to describe what we do. It is just heavy work and long hours. The phone rings a lot with people asking where their stuff is. We sit at the wooden desks and write things down in ledgers. It feels like a real community here in Faridpuri. You see the same faces every day. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to keep the wheels turning and make sure the deliveries get to where they are supposed to go in the city. It takes a lot of patience to deal with the traffic and the narrow lanes every single day.
