If you find yourself near the Rajya Sabha Awas in the Ina Colony of New Delhi, you are pretty close to where we work. Our office is at F-89, and it stays quite busy throughout the week. We handle management services, which basically means we take care of a lot of the boring but necessary tasks that keep organizations running. There are always phones ringing and people checking their calendars. The area around here is quite government-heavy, so things feel a bit more formal on the streets, but inside our office, it is just us trying to stay organized. We have stacks of folders and whiteboards filled with notes about what needs to happen next. It is not the kind of place where you come to hang out. People come here to get things sorted out. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to make us look more important than we are. We are just a group of people who are good at keeping track of details. The walk from the main gate can be a bit dusty in the afternoons, and parking is always a bit of a gamble. But we have been here for a while and the routine works for us. We just focus on the task at hand and try to make sure nothing falls through the cracks for the people we assist every single day.
