M/S Supreme Road Transport Pvt. Ltd. has its home base at D-919 in Mangol Puri. We have been operating out of this part of New Delhi-110083 for quite some time now. Our business is pretty straightforward; we move things from one place to another using trucks. The office is usually a bit dusty because of all the vehicles coming and going, and there is always the smell of diesel in the air. We spend most of our time talking to drivers, checking logbooks, and making sure the loads are secured properly. It is a lot of coordination to get a truck from Delhi to wherever it needs to go across the country. Sometimes things break down or there are delays on the highway, and then we have to spend the whole day on the phone trying to fix it. We don't have a fancy waiting room for clients. Most of our work happens on the loading dock or over a messy desk covered in waybills. It is a tough business and the hours can be very long, especially when a shipment is late. We are just a group of people who understand how the roads work. We don't use a lot of big talk about logistics; we just focus on getting the goods delivered. It is honest work and it keeps us moving. The neighbors in Mangol Puri know us as the folks who are always busy with the trucks and the paperwork.
