S.G. Travels is based in one of the Janta Flats in G.T.B. Enclave. The flat number is 958. It’s a small space, but it’s where we run our travel business. We’ve got maps on the walls and a couple of old computers that we use to book tickets and plan routes. It’s a very local operation. Most of our customers are from the neighborhood or friends of friends. We don’t have a big shopfront on the main road, just this office in the residential block. It can get a bit crowded when a whole family comes in to plan a trip. We offer some water and sit them down on the sofa. It’s a personal way of doing things. We know most of the people who walk through the door. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to apologize for the delay. It’s just how it goes sometimes. We handle trains, flights, and car rentals. It’s a lot of talking on the phone with different agencies. We’ve been here for years, and we like being part of the G.T.B. Enclave community. It’s home for us. We don't need a fancy office to do a good job. People know that we are honest about the prices and the schedules. We keep a lot of physical diaries to track our bookings because we don't trust the computers completely. It works for us.
