We are based out of Street-7 in Laxmi Nagar, specifically at K-49. New Delhi is a fast-paced place and this neighborhood is no different. It’s always crowded and there's always something happening right outside the door. M/S Protons Solutions Pvt Ltd. has been tucked away in this spot for a while. The office is a bit small, but we make it work. We have all our equipment squeezed in there. It’s not the kind of place you’d see in a magazine. We have some old posters on the walls and a few stacks of paper that never seem to go away. Our team is small and we’ve all known each other for a long time. We usually start the day with some tea and a quick chat about what needs to be done. It’s a very hands-on kind of environment. We don’t have a big HR department or fancy titles. Everyone just chips in where they can. If something breaks, we usually try to fix it ourselves before calling anyone. The street outside can get really muddy when it rains, so we spend a lot of time cleaning the floors. It’s just part of being in this part of Delhi. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to do our work right and keep our customers happy without any extra fluff. It’s a bit cramped, but it feels like home to us after all these years.
