We are located at 5A, Gali No. 8 in House Number 11015. This is in Sat Nagar, which is part of the Karol Bagh area in New Delhi. Karol Bagh is always moving. There are markets and shops everywhere you look. Our office is down one of the smaller streets. It’s a bit quieter there but not much. We have a lot of paperwork to deal with every single day. There are maps of different routes pinned to the walls. We have a couple of old benches for people to sit on if they come in. Usually, it’s just us and the sound of the ceiling fan. We drink a lot of chai throughout the day. The tea man knows exactly how we like it. We spend time making sure the schedules for the buses and trips are all lined up. It’s a lot of checking and re-checking. Sometimes the printer jams and someone has to poke at it with a pen. We don't have a corporate handbook or anything. We just know how things are supposed to work. The floor is concrete and we sweep it every morning. It’s a humble place. We’ve been in this spot for a long time. People in Sat Nagar know our name. We just keep our heads down and handle the travel details as they come in. It’s just what we do. The day usually ends with us checking the locks and heading into the crowd.
