We’re located at D-142,A in West Vinod Nagar. It’s a busy area with a lot of small shops and workshops all around us. When you come by, you’ll probably see some sacks of material stacked up near the entrance or a truck trying to navigate the narrow street. We’ve been working with polymers here for a long time, and the place has that specific smell of plastic and hard work. It’s not a clean or quiet environment. There’s usually the sound of a machine running or someone dragging crates across the floor. Our office is just a small corner partitioned off with some plywood where we keep the ledgers and the telephone. We spend a lot of time on our feet, checking the stock or making sure the orders are being packed correctly. The walls are a bit stained from years of use, and the ceiling fan makes a clicking sound, but it gets the job done. We don’t really have time for fancy presentations or marketing stuff. Most of our day is spent dealing with suppliers and making sure the deliveries get out on time despite the Delhi traffic. We eat our lunch quickly and get back to it. It’s a tough business, but we’ve been at it long enough to know how to handle the ups and downs. Just a local workshop doing what we know best and trying to get through the work week without any major machinery breaking down or missing any deadlines.
