We are located on the second floor at D1/129 in New Kondli. If you know Mayur Vihar Phase-3, you’ll know it’s a busy part of Delhi-110096. Being on the second floor means we get a bit of a view of the street, which is nice when things get stressful. M/S Hitc Travels Pvt. Ltd. isn't a huge name, but we've been around the block. We handle travel arrangements for whoever walks up the stairs. It’s a lot of stairs, but it keeps us fit I guess. The office is pretty simple. We have a few desks and some old calendars on the walls. Mostly we're just making sure people get their tickets on time. Delhi is a fast place, so we have to keep up. Sometimes we stay late when a client has a problem with a flight. It happens. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a team of designers. We just answer the phone and do the bookings. It’s practical work. A lot of the people in New Kondli know us by now. We’ve seen kids grow up and start booking their own trips. That’s the thing about being in one spot for a long time. You get to know the neighbors. We’re just regular folks trying to do a decent job for the people who trust us with their travel plans. Usually, there's a stack of paperwork on the corner desk that never seems to go away, but that's just life here. We like the neighborhood vibe.
