M/S Faber Star Facilities Management Ltd.

We’ve been working out of this spot in Laxminagar for a while now. It’s located on the third floor of a building in Gali Number 14, right in the middle of all the noise and traffic that New Delhi is known for. Being M/S Faber Star Facilities Management Ltd., our days are mostly spent coordinating maintenance and making sure different buildings are actually running the way they should. It isn’t always glamorous work. Sometimes we are dealing with plumbing issues or security schedules, and other times it’s just making sure the cleaning staff has what they need for the week. The office itself is pretty functional. We have desks piled with schedules, old folders, and notebooks. Laxminagar is a busy area, so getting in and out can be a bit of a headache during peak hours, but we are all used to it by now. The team here is small, and we mostly just focus on getting through the daily list of tasks without too much fuss. We don’t have any fancy lounges or anything like that. It’s just a place where we sit down, pick up the phones, and manage whatever facility problem comes up that day. Most of us have been around here long enough to know the local tea sellers and the best shortcuts through the narrow lanes. It’s just a regular workplace doing regular things to keep other businesses running smoothly in the background. We try to keep things simple and practical here in F-16B.
