Our office is located at A-79 on Street No. 2 in Prem Vihar. It’s right there in Karawal Nagar. If you’ve ever been to this part of Delhi, you know it’s a bit crowded and the roads can be a mess sometimes. We’ve been running M/S Ambassador Holidays (India) Pvt Ltd from this spot for a good while now. It’s not a fancy glass building or anything. It’s just a regular office where we sit and handle travel bookings. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to airlines and looking at computer screens. The walls have a few maps pinned up, and there is usually a stack of old files on the corner desk. It gets pretty dusty because of the construction nearby, so we’re always wiping down the tables. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us who know the business. People from the neighborhood often drop by to ask about train tickets or cheap flights. We try to help them out without making things too complicated. Sometimes the power cuts out and we have to wait a bit, but that’s just life in Karawal Nagar. We aren't a big corporate chain. We’re just local people helping other people plan their trips. It’s a simple setup with basic furniture and a small water cooler in the corner. We stay busy, especially during the holiday seasons when everyone wants to go somewhere else. It is a lot of paperwork, but we manage.
