Mphasis Bpo

We are located in Ghaziabad, specifically at House No 31 in Sector-2, Chiranjiv Vihar. Mphasis Bpo is the name on the front gate. It's an actual house that we've turned into our daily workspace. Ghaziabad is a bit different from the center of New Delhi, but it’s where we’ve set down our roots for now. Working from a house in a residential sector makes the work day feel a bit more relaxed and less formal. We don't have a big corporate sign out front, just the house number on the pillar. Inside, we’ve got a bunch of desks and headsets set up in the rooms. It can get a bit loud when everyone is on a call at the same time, but we manage. We’ve had to add some extra cooling units because the computers generate a lot of heat in the small rooms during the summer. The neighborhood is mostly families, so we try to keep things quiet when we leave in the evening. There’s a small park nearby where some of us go for a quick walk during lunch to get some air. It’s a basic setup for us. We aren't interested in fancy office perks or glass walls. We just need a good internet connection and a place to sit. Chiranjiv Vihar is a nice area, pretty peaceful compared to the noisy main roads. We’ve been here for a while and the staff mostly lives nearby.
