This place, Mphasis Bpo Services Ltd., is tucked away in Lane 5/4 over in the Main Sagarpur area. If you are coming down near Rz - 1205, you will eventually see our sign. It is a very busy part of New Delhi, specifically the 110046 area. The office is usually buzzing because there is always something happening on the phones or the computers. It is not the kind of place with a big glass lobby or fancy receptionists. It is just a group of us working through calls and data day after day. Sagarpur is a crowded neighborhood, so getting here in the morning usually takes a bit of patience with the traffic. Once you are inside, the noise of the street fades away just enough to focus. We spend a lot of our time sitting at our desks with headsets on. There is a small tea stall just a few doors down where we usually go during our short breaks to stretch our legs and get some fresh air. The office setup is pretty basic, with just the essential furniture we need to get the job done. We have rows of desks and some old fans that keep the air moving around. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, but we just keep at it. People here are just trying to do their work well. We do not talk about big corporate visions or anything like that. We just focus on the tasks for the day and then we all head home.
