Mphasis Bpo Noida

We are based over at C-14 in Janakpuri, which is in the Sahibabad area of Ghaziabad, right on the edge of the U.P. border. It’s a big building where a lot of us work on different phone support and data tasks. The office is pretty much what you’d expect from a BPO. Rows of desks, headsets everywhere, and the constant sound of people talking to customers. We’ve been at this location for a while now. It’s easy to get to if you’re coming from Noida or other parts of Ghaziabad. We work in shifts, so there’s always someone in the building regardless of whether it’s day or night. It’s a bit of a grind sometimes, especially when the calls are back-to-back, but we have a good group of people here. We spend our breaks in the little canteen area or just outside catching some air and talking about our plans for the weekend. The equipment is okay, though the keyboards get a bit dusty after a while and the chairs aren't the most comfortable. We don't really do the whole corporate mission statement thing. We just focus on getting through the queue and making sure the data is entered correctly. It’s practical work and it pays the bills. There’s a lot of us here, so you meet people from all over. The neighborhood around Janakpuri has plenty of stalls to grab a bite, which helps when you’re working a long shift and need food.
