Mouse Mobile Company

If you go to E-Block in Shastri Nagar, Ghaziabad, you will find us at House Number 566. This is where Mouse Mobile Company is located. It’s a busy residential block and we’ve set up shop right here on the ground floor. We spend our days looking at small screens and trying to fix buttons that don't work anymore or screens that have shattered. There are boxes of spare parts and charging cables all over the shelves in no particular order. It’s not the most organized place, but we know exactly where every screw and battery is kept. People from the nearby houses come in when their phones stop charging or if the screen breaks after a fall. We don't have a big storefront with lights; it’s more of a practical workshop. My younger brother helps me with the software updates while I handle the hardware repairs that need a steady hand. Sometimes the tools get a bit messy on the workbench, but that's just how it goes when you’re busy with three phones at once. We try to be honest about how long a repair will take, even if it’s bad news for the customer. The electricity in this part of Ghaziabad can be a bit temperamental, so we have a small battery backup to keep the lights on during the work. It’s a local business through and through. We aren't trying to be a big chain or anything fancy. We just like fixing things and making sure the people around here can stay connected.
