Down here in Delhi 110093, things move at their own pace. This is Sh. Suresh Chand Sharma’s place, and we handle things for Motorola right from this spot. It’s not one of those big glass buildings you see in the city center. It’s more of a local setup where we actually know the people walking through the door. We spend most of our time dealing with whatever comes across the desk. Sometimes it’s a lot of paperwork, other times it’s people coming in with questions about their devices. It gets a bit crowded in the office when it’s busy, and the fans are always humming in the background to keep the heat away. We don’t really have a big team of people in suits. It’s just us doing the daily work. Sh. Suresh Chand Sharma has been around for a long time, so he knows how to manage the chaos when too many things happen at once. The street outside can be loud, but once you’re inside, we just focus on the task at hand. We don’t try to make it sound like more than it is. We’re just here in this part of Delhi, making sure we stay on top of the work and helping out whoever stops by. It’s a simple way of doing things, and it works for us. We try to be fair and just get the job done without making a big fuss about it.
