Motimahal Delux

Our spot is in Pratap Vihar, specifically at D-498-A in Sector 11 of Ghaziabad. Being in this part of Uttar Pradesh, we get a lot of local families and people from the surrounding neighborhood coming by. Motimahal Delux has a long history behind it, but this specific location is where we focus on the daily grind of serving food and keeping the kitchen running. It is not a quiet place at all. There is always the sound of pots clanging, the smell of various spices in the air, and someone calling out an order for a delivery. We have our regulars who come in every single week, and we usually know exactly what they are going to ask for before they even sit down at a table. The building is a bit older, so we are always fixing a light fixture or adjusting a table leg to keep it steady on the floor. The staff in the back work really hard, especially when the dinner rush starts and the heat from the stoves gets very intense. We don't really have a marketing team; we just rely on people liking their dinner and telling their friends about it. The Pratap Vihar area is mostly residential, so it feels like we are just part of the local community here. Sometimes the heavy traffic in Ghaziabad makes it hard for the delivery bikes to get out quickly, but we do what we can.
