Moti Mahal Resurtant

We are located at 4-B 1008 in Vasundhara, Ghaziabd. Moti Mahal Resurtant is a place where we spend most of our waking hours. If you know this part of the city, you know it gets quite busy, especially in the evenings when everyone is out looking for something to eat. The kitchen is always hot, and there is usually a lot of noise from the pots and pans. We don't have some big corporate management team; it's just the cooks and the servers trying to get the food out while it's still warm. Sometimes the floor gets a bit slippery or the wait is a bit longer than we’d like, but that’s just how it goes when the place fills up. We’ve been in Vasundhara for a while and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. Our furniture isn't the newest, and the walls might need a bit of paint here and there, but we focus more on what’s happening on the stove. We start early in the morning with the prep work, chopping vegetables and getting the spices ready. By the time the shutters go up, we’re usually already a bit tired, but the rush keeps us going. It’s a simple life, really. We serve the food, we clean the tables, and then we do it all again the next day. It's just a local spot for people to get a meal and relax for a bit after work. We try to keep it steady.
