Moti Mahal Restrorent

Our restaurant office is located on the third floor of building 3084 in Ranjit Nagar. It’s not on the ground floor, so you have to head up the stairs to find us. Moti Mahal has been a name people know for a long time, but this specific spot in New Delhi is where we handle the daily grind of running things. The kitchen is usually buzzing and you can smell the spices all the way down the hallway. It’s a bit of a tight space with several people moving around at once. We have some simple tables and chairs for our staff and a small area where we keep our supplies. It’s not a place for a fancy dinner, but more of a working kitchen and administrative spot. We focus on getting the food right and making sure the deliveries go out on time. The building is older, and the stairs are a bit steep, but we don't mind. We’ve got a loyal crew who has been with us for years. We don't use fancy technology for everything. A lot of our orders are still written down by hand on pads. It’s a noisy, busy, and sometimes messy place, but that’s how a real kitchen feels. We aren't trying to be something we're not. We just make food and try to keep our customers in Ranjit Nagar happy with a good meal. That is really all there is to it.
