Moti Mahal Deluxe

Our place is located in Muni Ki Reti, which is a very special part of Uttarakhand near the river. It’s a busy area with a lot of people passing through on their way to the temples or the mountains. We run a restaurant here, and most of our time is spent in the kitchen or making sure the tables are set. It’s a lot of work, especially when the tourist season kicks in and the streets are packed with cars and walkers. The smell of tandoori and spices is always in the air around our building. We have a team of cooks who have been with us for a long time, and they know the recipes by heart. It’s not a fancy, quiet place; it’s usually loud with the sound of plates and people talking. We have to deal with the mountain weather too, which can change pretty fast. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to use the generator to keep things moving. We don’t have a big fancy website or anything like that. We just focus on making sure the food is hot and the floor is swept. People find us because they’re hungry after a long day of walking or traveling. We’re right there in the mix of everything in Muni Ki Reti. It’s a simple life, serving meals to whoever walks through the door and making sure they leave full.
