Moti Mahal Delux

You can find Moti Mahal Delux over in Sangam Vihar at Home Number 1565 on Street Number 12, right near the Budh Bazar. It’s a very busy part of New Delhi, 110062, and there is always something happening on our street. We are also quite close to the Sainik Farm area. Our place is not one of those fancy, quiet restaurants you see in the big malls. It’s a real neighborhood spot where the kitchen is always going and the air smells like roasted spices and charcoal. We’ve been here for many years, serving the people who live nearby and those coming from the market. The building is an old L-1 type home that we’ve used for our business. Inside, it’s simple—just tables, chairs, and the sound of plates clattering in the back. We don’t have a big marketing team or a polished mission statement. We just cook the food the way we’ve always done it. Sometimes the crowd gets so big on the weekends that people have to wait outside on the street, but nobody seems to mind too much. Our staff are mostly local guys who have been with us for a long time. We try to keep the prices fair and the portions big enough that nobody goes home hungry. It’s a bit noisy and it can get crowded, but that’s just the way it is in Sangam Vihar. We’re just a local eatery doing our thing every single day.
