Moti Mahal Delux

You can find Moti Mahal Delux over at Wz-G1-1792 in the Rani Bagh area of Delhi. This part of the city is always moving and there is a lot of noise from the street. Our place is right in the middle of it all. We spend our time in the kitchen and at the front counter. It’s a lot of work getting the food ready every day. The building is a bit old and we have to fix things constantly. In the mornings, we are busy taking deliveries of fresh vegetables and meat. Rani Bagh has a lot of shops, so there are always people walking past our door. It gets very busy in the evenings when everyone is looking for a meal. We have some tables for people to sit at, but it’s not a huge dining room. It’s just a regular spot where we cook and serve. The smell of the spices usually fills the whole block. We aren't trying to be fancy; we just make the food the way we know how. Sometimes the heat in the kitchen gets to be a bit much, especially in the Delhi summer. We've been at this address, 110034, for quite some time now. People around here know us as the place to get a good meal without any fuss. It's a family-run kind of vibe. We don't have a big marketing team, just us working the long shifts and making sure the accounts are done.
