Moonlight Hotels & Resorts

We've been running Moonlight Hotels & Resorts from our spot here at Flat-109A in Pocket A/3, Ur Vihar for a while now. It's not some massive skyscraper or anything, just a place where we try to keep things organized for people visiting Delhi. Mostly, we spend our time on the phone or checking schedules to make sure rooms are ready when they need to be. It gets pretty busy around here, especially when the weather is nice and everyone wants to travel at the same time. We stay busy in this little corner of Phase III. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit much, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We handle the bookings and talk to the staff at the different spots we look after. It’s mostly just making sure the linens are clean and the lights work before someone checks in. We don’t really do fancy ads. People usually find us through word of mouth or they just know the area. My cousin helps out with the paperwork sometimes when it piles up. It’s honest work, keeping track of who is coming and going. We’ve seen a lot of changes in the neighborhood over the years, but we’re still right here in the same flat. We just try to get the jobs done every day without making too much of a fuss about it. If someone has a problem with a room, we fix it. That's basically our whole day.
