You’ll find a lot of paperwork here and people coming in to ask about appointments or medical records. The ground floor makes it easy for folks who can't walk up stairs, which is important for the kind of work we do. It’s not a shiny hospital wing with glass walls; it’s a practical space with wooden desks and a few chairs for waiting. We try to answer the phone quickly, but sometimes the line is busy. Our staff lives nearby mostly, so they know the neighborhood well. We deal with a lot of regular families who have been coming to Moolchand for generations. It’s a bit of a maze in the D.D.A flats if you’re new, but once you find J2-111A, it’s straightforward. We don’t do big advertisements. Most people just walk in because they live around the corner.
