Moods Hospitality (Yo China)

We are the people behind Moods Hospitality, specifically the Yo China outlet located at the Bsf Boys Hostel in Tigri. Our address is STS-I, and we are right there near the New Delhi 110062 area. Being near a BSF hostel means we get a lot of hungry young men coming in for food at all hours. We specialize in Chinese dishes, the kind that people around here really like. The kitchen is always a bit of a whirlwind with the sound of woks clanking and the smell of soy sauce and garlic in the air. We don't have much in the way of fancy seating; it is more about getting the food cooked and out the door. Whether it is a delivery or someone picking up a quick meal, we stay busy. The Tigri area is quite crowded and the roads are narrow, so our delivery guys have to be really quick and careful. We have some plastic chairs for people to wait on, but most of our business happens through the window or the app. The staff here is small and we all do a bit of everything, from chopping vegetables to answering the phone. It gets really hot near the stoves, especially during the summer months in Delhi, but we just keep going. It’s a simple food business without any of that corporate polish you see in the malls. We just try to get the orders right every time.
