We run things from our base over in Rajpura Colony, specifically at A-75 in the Chattarpur area. It’s a bit tucked away compared to the big malls where you usually see the Yo! China signs. This is where Moods Hospitality handles all the behind-the-scenes stuff. We’ve got a lot going on with the food side of things, making sure ingredients are sorted and the menus are actually working. It gets pretty hectic during the lunch rush even though we aren't the ones actually cooking right here in this office. There are always delivery bikes moving in and out of the lane. Chattarpur has its own vibe, a bit dusty and loud sometimes, but it works for us. We've been in the hospitality game for a while, focusing on Chinese food that people actually like to eat. The office itself is pretty basic. We have some desks, a lot of files, and a coffee machine that gets used way too much. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We just want to make sure the food reaches people on time. It's a lot of coordination between the kitchen staff and the logistics team. Some days everything goes smooth, and other days we are just putting out fires. That's just how the restaurant business is in a city like Delhi. We just keep moving and trying to stay on top of the orders every single day without complaining much. It’s just part of keeping a food brand running.
