Monga Communication is located at shop number 36 in the Municipal Market of Bhagat Singh Market. This market has been around for a long time, and we’ve been a part of it for several years. Our business is focused on mobile phones and providing the usual services like recharges and minor repairs. The shop is quite narrow, and we’ve tried to make the most of the space by stacking our inventory high on the shelves. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze, especially when we have more than two people inside. We see a lot of variety in our customers because of the location. Some are locals, and others are just passing through the market. We spend most of our time dealing with screen replacements or selling simple things like data cables and power banks. We aren't trying to be a high-end boutique. It’s just a practical shop for practical needs. We have a small desk where we do all the repair work under a bright lamp. Sometimes we have to send phones out if the repair is too specialized, but we always let the customer know. The atmosphere in the market is friendly, and we often chat with the other shopkeepers over lunch. We don't use any promotional gimmicks. We just do our work and try to be as helpful as possible to whoever walks in. It’s a simple, honest way to run a shop.
