We are Mondial Service India Pvt Ltd based at C-8/8647 in Vasant Kunj, New Delhi. The office has been here for quite some time now. We handle a lot of different service requests. It’s a busy place and the phones are almost always ringing. We have a small group of people working here, and we all know each other well. Vasant Kunj is a nice area but the traffic can be a real headache sometimes. We focus on providing assistance whenever someone needs it. It’s not the kind of office with fancy furniture or expensive paintings. We just have our desks, our computers, and plenty of files. Most days are spent talking to people and trying to sort out their problems. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words. We just do the work that needs to be done. Sometimes we stay late when things get backed up, but that’s just part of the job. We have a little kitchen area where we take our breaks and have some tea. It’s a very normal office life. We’ve been around this part of New Delhi long enough to know the neighborhood well. People find us when they need help with specific services we offer. We don't do much in the way of advertising because we stay busy enough as it is. It's a straightforward operation and we like it that way.
