Mondial Assistance

We operate out of MIG Flat Number 167, over in Pocket 7 of Sector 21, Rohini. It’s a residential area, so it’s got a very different feel than a downtown office. Being in 110085 means we are a bit far from the center of Delhi, but it’s a good community to be part of. Our work is all about assistance, which basically means we spend our whole day helping people figure out problems when they’re traveling or have an emergency. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of listening. The flat is full of phones and computers, and it can get a bit noisy when everyone is on a call at once. We don’t have a big sign outside or a lobby. If you walked past, you’d just think it was another home in the sector. We like it that way because it keeps things low-key and simple. Sometimes we have to work odd hours because people need help at all times of the night, so there’s usually someone here with a cup of tea, ready to answer the phone. The parking in Sector 21 can be a bit of a nightmare if you arrive at the wrong time, but we’ve learned to deal with it over the years. We just focus on getting the job done from our little corner of Rohini. It’s steady work and we’ve been at this flat for quite a while now, just keeping things moving along for everyone who calls.
