We have been around Ganesh Nagar for a while now, up here on the fourth floor of the E-50 building. It is a busy spot inside the Pandav Nagar Complex. People mostly come by when they are trying to figure out train tickets or maybe a flight for a family trip. It is not a huge office, just a few of us working at desks piled with papers and folders. We spend most of our day on the phone or looking at booking screens that sometimes freeze up. It gets a bit noisy during the day with the traffic outside, but that is just Delhi for you. We just try to get things sorted so people can get where they need to go without too much of a headache. Sometimes the internet is slow or a booking site acts up, and we have to start all over again. It is just how it goes in this business. If you are walking around near the complex, you might see our sign. It is nothing fancy or bright. We handle a lot of different things, from quick bus trips to longer journeys. Usually, it is just local folks stopping in on their way home from work. We have got a couple of old chairs for people to sit on while they wait for us. Sometimes we share a tea while waiting for a confirmation to come through. It is a plain office, but it works for what we do.
