Our place is at D114 Lalbagh New Delhi Azadpur 110033. It is a very busy part of New Delhi with the big fruit and vegetable market right nearby. We run a tour and travel business from this location. It is mostly about helping people get taxis or buses for their trips. We have a small shopfront where people can walk in and ask about the prices. It is quite noisy outside with the traffic and the vendors shouting, but inside it is okay once you get used to it. We keep our logs in some old notebooks and on a small laptop. Usually, it is just Mohit or one of us sitting here waiting for the next call. We do not have a lot of furniture, just what we need to work. Sometimes we help with long-distance trips to the hills or just local drops to the train station. We have been in Lalbagh for years, so we know most of the people around the street. We are not a big agency, just a local one. If you need a car or a ticket, you just come by and tell us the date. We drink tea from the corner stall and chat with the neighbors between the bookings. It is a simple life and we do not use any fancy software. Sometimes the phones are busy all day long and we just keep at it.
