Mohan Electronics & Systems

Mohan Electronics & Systems has been located at 571, Street No 6 in the Chanderlok area of Shahdara for quite a while now. Shahdara is a crowded place, and our street is no exception, with people constantly walking by and vendors shouting out their prices. Our shop is filled with the smell of solder and the sight of wires everywhere you look. It’s a bit of a mess to an outsider, but we have our own system for where everything goes. We don't have a big showroom with bright lights; it’s more of a place where things get fixed and put back together. People bring us all sorts of electronics, some of them so old we have to search for weeks just to find a replacement part. We spend our days sitting at small benches with magnifying glasses and screwdrivers, trying to figure out why a circuit isn't working. It’s slow work sometimes, and it can be frustrating when you can't find the problem right away. Chanderlok is a lively neighborhood, and we usually hear the sounds of the market right outside our door. We take our tea together in the afternoon, usually standing out on the street to get a bit of fresh air. We aren't trying to change the world or anything, we just want to make sure the systems we work on are running like they should. It’s just what we do here in Shahdara.
