Mohan Communication

Mohan Communication is right there at the Chhattarpur Main Bus Stop, which is a very hectic place to be. We are also somewhat connected to the Chandni Chowk area in our daily operations. Being near a bus stop means there is a constant stream of people rushing in and out of the door. They usually want something fast, like a quick recharge or a pair of cheap earphones because they lost theirs on the bus. The shop is filled with posters for different data plans and glass cases full of screen guards and batteries. It gets quite dusty because of all the traffic outside, so we have to wipe the counters down multiple times a day. We have been sitting here for quite some time now, watching the buses go by every few minutes. The space isn't very big, so we have to make use of every inch of wall space to hang cables and memory cards. It can be a bit stressful when the bus drops off a large group and five people want help at the same time. We just take them one by one. Our desks are cluttered with old SIM card packets and repair tools. It is a local spot where people stop by not just for phone stuff, but sometimes just to ask for directions since we are at such a well-known landmark. We don't do anything fancy here, just basic communication services and fixing what we can for the local crowd.
