Moet'S Bar -B- Cue

We have been at number 50 in Defence Colony for a long time now. Most people around this part of New Delhi know where we are because of the smell of the grills that carries down the street. We serve a lot of bar-b-cue and other grilled items, so the kitchen stays pretty hot throughout the day. It is a busy place, especially once the sun goes down and people start coming out for dinner. We do not bother with fancy tablecloths or a corporate look because that is not really what we are about. It is more about the food and the general atmosphere of the place. The staff has been working here for years, and we know a lot of the families who come in by their names. Defence Colony is a bit of a fancy neighborhood, but we try to keep things feeling like a regular local spot where you can just relax. Every morning starts with a lot of prep work, like cutting up the meat and getting the different marinades ready before we open the doors. Sometimes the orders get a bit backed up when it is really crowded on the weekends, but we do our best to keep everyone fed. It is a lot of hard work standing on your feet and dealing with the heat from the bar-b-cue, but we just keep at it every day.
