Moets Bar B Cue As F & B Controller

We've been over here at 28, State Bank Colony in Sant Nagar for a while now. Most people around Ranibagh know where we are, right in Delhi-34. As Moets Bar B Cue, we focus a lot on the F & B Controller side of things to keep the kitchen and the dining area running the way they should. It’s a busy spot. It's not always easy keeping everything in order when the orders start coming in fast, but we manage. We spend most of our time looking over the inventory and making sure the costs don't get out of hand. That’s really what a controller does, even if it sounds a bit fancy. It’s just making sure we have what we need and nothing goes to waste. The colony is usually pretty quiet, but our work keeps us moving. We don't have a big fancy office or anything like that. It’s just a workspace where we get the job done. Sometimes the days get long, especially when we have to count every single bottle or bag of rice, but that's just part of the food business in Delhi. We like being in Sant Nagar because it feels like a real neighborhood. Everyone kind of knows everyone else here. If you’re ever walking past State Bank Colony, you’ve probably seen us around. We’re just trying to keep the business side of the barbecue steady so the food can keep going out. It's honest work and we like being here.
