We are located in the Panchvati Apartments in Vikas Puri. The exact flat is B-731. It’s a residential complex, so the Modi Group office here feels a bit more like a community spot than a cold corporate building. We are in the 110018 area of New Delhi. Working out of an apartment building means we see the same neighbors every day and it keeps things feeling grounded. We handle various parts of the group's business from this office. It’s mostly desks, filing cabinets, and people talking over the phone. We’ve been in Panchvati for quite a while now. It’s a decent place to work, even if the elevators are a bit slow sometimes.
