Modern Mobile

Modern Mobile is my shop over at Netaji Subhash Place, specifically at C 21. NSP is a big hub with lots of offices and shops, so there is always something going on. I set up here because there are so many people around. My shop is not as big as some of the showrooms, but I try to keep it stocked with what people actually need. I handle a lot of phone repairs. Since people work in the offices nearby, they usually drop their phones off in the morning and pick them up after work. It is a lot of screen replacements and battery swaps. I have a lot of chargers and cables because someone is always forgetting theirs at home. The C 21 spot is easy to get to once you are in the building complex. It is a bit noisy with the traffic and the crowds. I spend my day looking at small screens and tiny parts. My eyes get tired by the evening. I do not have a fancy website or anything, I just rely on people walking by or hearing about me from their coworkers. Sometimes I have a coffee from the stall nearby while I wait for a phone to reboot. It is a decent life. I have met all sorts of people here, from office workers to students. It is a practical business. I keep it simple and just do the work that comes in through the door.
