Mocha Restaurant ,N.Delhi

We are located over in Munirka, specifically at 212/A, Room No 4, care of M.S. Rathi. It’s a bit of a specific address here in New Delhi 110067. Munirka is a very crowded place with lots of students and people looking for a place to stay, so it’s always lively. Mocha Restaurant has this little spot where we manage things. It’s not one of those huge fancy cafes you see in the malls. This is a much more local, simple setup. The room itself is quite small and we use it mostly for the administrative side of the restaurant. Finding the right door can be a bit tricky if you aren't familiar with the numbering in this part of Munirka, but once you find 212/A, you’re basically there. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a while and we’ve seen it change a lot with new shops opening every week. The noise from the street is constant, but you get used to it after a couple of days. We don't spend money on big ads or anything. We just rely on the people who live nearby and know where we are. It’s a very basic operation, just real people making food and running a business in a busy corner of the city. We don't have any corporate slogans, just a kitchen and a small office space. The chai from the shop downstairs is what keeps us going through the long shifts we often have.
